My husband and I stayed at La Moncloa De San Lazaro for one night during our Camino journey. The refurbished 13th-century hospital-turned-hotel was a delightful surprise. Our spacious room and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub were a rare luxury on the trail. The check-in empanada and wine were a tasty welcome treat. The complimentary stocked refrigerator and comfortable bed added to our enjoyment. With its convenient location just outside of town, we easily explored the nearby downtown area. a great find and highly recommended.
Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room we stayed in was huge, unlike most Camino accommodations we've come across. The bathroom was equally spacious, and the Jacuzzi tub was a much-needed treat for our sore muscles. The attention to detail at this hotel is remarkable. From the delicious empanada and wine at check-in to the stocked refrigerator with complimentary beverages, it's clear that the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the barman stood out as a top guy – providing excellent service during our stay.
Everything was perfect!

We had a truly exceptional stay at this hidden gem on the Camino. The unique and comfortable rooms provided a nice old-world atmosphere that made us feel at home. The restaurant's windows offered beautiful views, creating a pleasant holiday vibe. And the bird song from the courtyard trees was like a slice of Heaven in the morning. we highly recommend this hotel, even though it may be a bit difficult to find at first.

I loved staying at this hotel on the Camino. The staff was welcoming and offered me wine and empanada at check-in. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a great Jacuzzi tub that helped soothe my sore muscles. The hotel was in a beautiful 13th-century building that was refurbished and very clean. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location couldn't have been better - right on the Camino and only half a mile from downtown. The hotel had a lovely outdoor space for eating, and there was parking available.
Nothing.
